Lily (Lil) is an ECNL RL Pride SC U17 club soccer player (heading into 10th grade) who runs an Instagram channel called lilsoccer2026. She is a defensive midfielder who has spent thousands of hours working to improve her footwork, learning a great deal from Coach Jeremy Tafoya who has coached kids on footskills for two decades. She also helps Coach Tafoya train U8 - U12 club players each week to improve their technical skills and does a lot of individual coaching sessions per week with players as well.
Through her Instagram account, Lil gets asked a lot of questions regarding how to develop footskills and from this, she decided to create Lil Soccer - a company to help kids around the world improve their footwork and become better soccer / futbol players.
Her older sister was a D2 college soccer player in the U.S. and a current D2 student assistant coach. Lil hopes to follow in her footsteps one day and play college ball as well.
Lil is excited to pass along of lot of the tips, drills, and knowledge she has been taught. Lil has seen the impact great footwork has on players as they translate these technical skills to the game. It can make average players good and good players great, giving players the technical skills they need to be more than just athletes, but complete soccer players.
